PRODUCTION PROGRAM & NORMS

The Company has large capacities to produce high volumes in each of its divisions: Injectables, antibiotics, Vitamins Premixes, Calcium based products & Herbal Feed Additives. Production of each product is carried out in highly controlled area as per the GMP & FDA Norms. In the last few years Company has become as one of the leading manufacturers of Animal Health Products. The efficient departments of the company are up to the mark with their active skills on the QC/QA, Research & Development and Production.

COMPANY POLICIES:-

Company is very clear with its policy of the win-win process. Yew we believe in our customer's satisfaction as customer is the ultimate progressing step for the business. Further the most important is the farmer using our product. Our aim is to generate the repeat sales from the core customer called Farmers with increase volumes. We use only the best methods of production to produce the high quality product as per the international standards as it the important factor to stand in the market. Such norms are important to generate the higher stability in the products. Such quality is further launched in the market with very competitive prices. Our company never keeps high margins; we believe that the product should reach at its right prices to the farmers as it's the matter of health and agriculture which is the strongest sector of Indian Economy. The products are very well trialed in known farms and the Universties of the World which have proven their efficacy on animals. On the basis of effective results the product are launched in the market wih the aim of providing the maximum benefits to the farmers. The company is technical sound through their expertise knowledge of the products and about each ingredient present inside. Clinical evidences are the source of motivation to sell the product aggressively in different parts of the World.

MARKETING

The marketing is done on the USA & European pattern where the distributors are appointed in each state further sub-distributors, whole sellers & Retailers. All these channels are properly examined and then provided with the technical training & concepts of the products. The marketing is taken care by the Marketing delegates, sales managers and centralized marketing manager. Technical staff of Veterinarians and Pharmacists is appointed for the marketing work to guide the channels technically and prove the efficacy of the product. Company have appointed the highly energetic & well qualified sales force to market effectively such researched products. This sales force is controlled by the technical force and also through local distributors. Various conferences and interactions are made to make the strategies for productive outputs.
